11. Salary and ration facilities

(1) Ex-servicemen who are appointed in accordance with this regulation will get the same salary and ration facilities as those of the same rank in the Nepalese Army.
(2) Ex-servicemen who are appointed in accordance with this regulation will also get the benefit of severance pay according to the previous rules in addition to the benefits they get according to this regulation.
